What we do

Long-term development, not quick fixes

Future Pro Soccer Academy trains young players in Newark, New Jersey across four age bands, with three structured sessions every week. Our coaches tailor training to the needs, strengths and goals of each child — because a seven-year-old finding their confidence and a fifteen-year-old competing for a school place need very different things from the same hour on the pitch.

We are not a trophy factory. We build technique, decision-making and self-belief patiently, and we welcome parents into the process rather than asking them to wait in the car.

Why parents choose FPSA

Coaching built around your child

Every child is coached individually. We adapt to the player in front of us rather than running one drill for thirty kids.

Parents stay on site. You see every session. Nothing in your child’s training happens out of your sight.

Safety is planned, not improvised. We maintain a written Emergency Action Plan for our training locations, with designated staff roles and current medical information on hand.

Small age bands. Your child trains with players at their own stage.
